Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to manage a small building portfolio.

Position requirements

  • Illinois Community Association Manager License.

  • College degree from accredited 4-year university.

  • 1 - 3 years direct or closely related experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe software.

Responsibilities include

  • Oversight of limited number of Homeowner Associations.

  • Ongoing communication with client Boards of Directors and Homeowners.

  • Oversight of contracted and client employed personnel.

  • Oversight of building system maintenance contractors.

  • Diplomatic enforcement of rules and regulations of the Association as directed by the client.

  • Preparation of annual budgets

  • Solicitation of competitive bids for client projects.

  • Preparation of employee payroll reports for building employees.

  • Conducting meetings with Boards of Directors and professionally and diplomatically responding to issues presented.

  • Recruitment, interview and training of building staff.

  • Weekly Review and approval of invoices for payment.
