Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager to manage a small building portfolio.
Position requirements
Illinois Community Association Manager License.
College degree from accredited 4-year university.
1 - 3 years direct or closely related experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe software.
Responsibilities include
Oversight of limited number of Homeowner Associations.
Ongoing communication with client Boards of Directors and Homeowners.
Oversight of contracted and client employed personnel.
Oversight of building system maintenance contractors.
Diplomatic enforcement of rules and regulations of the Association as directed by the client.
Preparation of annual budgets
Solicitation of competitive bids for client projects.
Preparation of employee payroll reports for building employees.
Conducting meetings with Boards of Directors and professionally and diplomatically responding to issues presented.
Recruitment, interview and training of building staff.
Weekly Review and approval of invoices for payment.
